Prime Minister's seminar on private economic development with the participation of more than 1,000 delegates representing businesses, associations, and business households.

On May 31 in Hanoi, Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired a seminar with businesses and business associations to effectively implement Resolution 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo on private economic development.

The seminar took place in person and connected online to the headquarters of the People's Committees of provinces and centrally run cities, with the participation of more than 1,000 delegates representing businesses, business associations, business households and cooperatives.

The seminar listened to contributions and recommendations on policies, tasks and solutions for private economic development in the coming time, thereby affirming the position and role of the private economy, contributing significantly to the rapid and sustainable development of the socio-economy.

Right before the seminar, the Prime Minister performed the button pressing ceremony to open the National Law Portal to accompany people and businesses to enter a new era.

The Prime Minister highly appreciated the construction and opening of the National Law Portal right before the seminar, with the spirit of "every job is a joy for the people, for businesses, for society".

The Prime Minister said that immediately after the Politburo issued Resolution 68, the Government submitted to the National Assembly to issue Resolution 198 on a number of special mechanisms and policies for private economic development; the Government issued the Government's action program and plan to implement the Resolution.

The Prime Minister said that after the Conference on May 18 to implement Resolutions 66 and 68 of the Politburo, the Prime Minister discussed and answered a number of questions from a number of delegates, but many delegates still wanted to have more opinions.

Therefore, the Prime Minister directed the organization of talks with businesses and associations on the implementation of Resolution 68.

The Prime Minister stated that the resolutions of the Politburo, the National Assembly and the Government have been very synchronized, complete, the issue, the biggest desire is to organize the implementation very well, really effective with the spirit of "deep thinking", there is the most effective way.

best promoting the capacity of nearly 1 million businesses and 5 million business households, each person contributing and each household contributing, the whole society will have great resources to "change the state, turn the situation around", and develop the country quickly and sustainably.

The Prime Minister proposed to clearly identify what the State must do, local governments must do, businesses must do, and people must do to implement the Resolutions of the Politburo, the National Assembly, and the Government on private economic development.

Promoting solidarity and unity to work together, with the spirit of "The Party has directed, the Government is unified, the National Assembly is in agreement, the people support, the Fatherland is waiting, then we only discuss doing, not retreating".

At the beginning of the discussion, Minister and Head of the Government Office Tran Van Son announced Decision No. 1055/QD-TTg dated May 30, 2025 of the Prime Minister to establish the National Steering Committee for the implementation of Resolution 68-NQ/TW of the Politburo.
