Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has just signed Decision No. 387/QD-TTg dated February 24, 2025, assigning members of the Government to preside over working with localities on the situation of production and business, investment in construction and import and export in the area.
Working content on: Urging the implementation of growth scenarios assigned by the Government to localities; handling and resolving according to authority or proposing to competent authorities to handle and remove difficulties and obstacles, promote production and business, create jobs, livelihoods for people, disburse public investment capital, import and export, build infrastructure, social housing, emulation movements to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses, national target programs in the area.
According to the assignment, the Prime Minister will work with Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Can Tho City.
Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh worked with Hai Phong City and Quang Ninh Province.
Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha worked with Ba Ria - Vung Tau province, Long An.
Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long will work with Kien Giang and Hau Giang provinces.
Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc worked with the three provinces of Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, and Khanh Hoa.
Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son worked with Kom Tum and Gia Lai provinces.
Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung worked with the three provinces of Lao Cai, Phu Tho, and Hoa Binh.
Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh worked with the three provinces of Dong Thap, Ca Mau, and An Giang.
Minister of National Defense Phan Van Giang worked with Thai Nguyen and Ha Tinh provinces.
Minister of Public Security Luong Tam Quang worked with Da Nang City and Hung Yen.
Minister and Head of the Government Office Tran Van Son worked with 3 localities: Thai Binh, Ninh Binh, Nam Dinh.
Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam Nguyen Thi Hong worked with Ben Tre and Vinh Long provinces.
Minister of Finance Nguyen Van Thang worked with Ninh Thuan and Binh Thuan provinces.
Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien worked with the three provinces of Vinh Phuc, Bac Giang, and Son La.
Minister of Construction Tran Hong Minh worked with the three provinces of Dong Nai, Binh Duong and Tien Giang.
Minister of Agriculture and Environment Do Duc Duy worked with the three provinces of Hai Duong, Lai Chau and Dien Bien.
Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Manh Hung worked with Quang Binh, Quang Tri and Thua Thien Hue provinces.
Minister of Ethnic Minorities and Religions Dao Ngoc Dung worked with the three provinces of Ha Nam, Thanh Hoa, and Nghe An.
Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Nguyen Van Hung worked with Dak Lak, Dak Nong, Lam Dong provinces.
Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son worked with the three localities of Tra Vinh, Soc Trang and Bac Lieu.
Minister of Health Dao Hong Lan worked with Bac Ninh, Lang Son, and Cao Bang provinces.
Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra worked with Quang Nam and Quang Ngai provinces.
Government Inspector General Doan Hong Phong worked with the three provinces of Tuyen Quang, Ha Giang and Bac Kan.
Minister of Justice Nguyen Hai Ninh worked with Binh Phuoc and Tay Ninh provinces.
Regarding the implementation period, the Prime Minister requested members of the Government to proactively develop a work plan to continue urging and working with localities quarterly, reporting to the Prime Minister, and sending to the Ministry of Finance and the Government Office on the content and results of the work.
