President Ho Chi Minh - the teacher of the Vietnamese Revolution is a shining example of thrift practice. Immediately after the successful leadership of the August Revolution, the risk of hunger, ignorant and foreign invaders threatened, at the first meeting of the Provisional Government of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam on September 3, 1945, President Ho Chi Minh launched 6 urgent issues, in which the person especially promoted the launching of the movement to increase savings to prevent hunger and build the country. Every day, you should finish that day, do not wait for tomorrow. Must remember: People have taken money with tears to pay for us in those times. He asked the Government to save money, save people's strength, save blood and blood of the soldiers, soldiers and people: "Must appreciate our most valuable capital. In revolutionary periods, our Party and State pay special attention to thrift practice, considering this as a top national policy. Especially, from the end of 2024 to the present, implementing the conclusions of the Central Government, the Politburo and the Secretariat have led and directed the basic direction to complete the arrangement and streamlining the organizational structure of the Party, Government, National Assembly, the Fatherland Front at the central and local levels; Thereby reducing Unit, cost savings, facilitating the implementation of the policy of exemption and reduction of tuition fees for students. In addition to cadres and party members always upholding the Party, exemplary, leading in thrifty practice, wastefulness, high sense of responsibility in management, use, saving public property, not falling into the "whirlpool" of power, money, lavish, enjoyment ... there is still a part of many cadres, party members, including the head, lack of sense of responsibility, waste of waste, waste of property, waste of property, waste of property, waste of property, waste of property, waste of property, waste of property, waste of property Use the fund for personal spending and interest groups.
