On the city's side, there were Mr. Le Tien Chau, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the City Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Hai Phong City and members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee; leaders of Departments, branches and units along with 198 delegates representing 5,505 Party members of the Ward Party Committee.
The first Hai An Ward Party Congress was held at a time when the country, city and Hai An Ward are making strong changes. The entire team of cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees are making efforts to carry out the revolution of reorganizing the apparatus and organizing local governments at 2 levels - a historic milestone of the country with iron confidence, pride and a very responsible, dedicated, urgent and serious spirit.
This is a political event of special significance, marking the beginning of the process of building and developing the Party Committee, government and people of Hai An ward not only in the next 5 years but also a premise for unifying development orientation and goals in the following years, affirming the Party's leadership role in the grassroots political system; creating a solid foundation to build a streamlined organizational apparatus, effective and efficient operations, serving the people and contributing to the successful implementation of the development goal of Hai Phong city by 2030, with a vision to 2045.
At the Congress, the results of the admission session were reported; the Draft Political Report and the Draft Review Report of the Ward Party Committee Executive Committee for the 2020-2025 term were presented. At the same time, synthesize, absorb and report opinions on the draft: Documents of the 14th National Congress of the Party; Documents of the City Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 and Documents of the Ward Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
The Congress also listened to the presentations of the delegates; announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee on appointing the Ward Party Executive Committee for the 2025-2030 term. The new term of the Ward Party Committee was launched before the Congress, demonstrating a sense of responsibility, solidarity and determination to successfully implement the Congress Resolution.
Speaking at the Congress, Comrade Tran Cam Tu - Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat emphasized: The Hai An Ward Party Committee needs to continue to enhance its sense of responsibility, promote high political determination and flexibly and creatively apply the Party's resolutions to effectively implement them. The Standing Secretariat believes that the Congress will be a great success, contributing positively to the rapid and sustainable development of Hai Phong city in the new term.With the spirit of "Solidarity - Democracy - Discipline - Innovation - Development", the Congress voted, highly agreed and approved the Resolution of the Ward Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. The new term Party Executive Committee of the ward has officially launched the Congress, demonstrating a sense of responsibility and determination to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
