On the morning of July 15, on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2026), Comrade Tran Cam Tu - Member of the Politburo, Permanent Secretary of the Secretariat - and the Central working delegation came to offer flowers and incense to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh at the Kim Lien Special National Relic Site, Nghe An province.
The delegation included leaders of the Party Central Committee Office, Ministry of National Defense, Ministry of Public Security, Military Region 4, and leaders of Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces.

In a solemn atmosphere, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu and delegates respectfully offered flowers and incense, observed a minute of silence to commemorate President Ho Chi Minh; expressed deep gratitude for his great contributions to the cause of national liberation and reunification.
On the same day, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu and the working delegation visited and presented gifts to wounded and sick soldiers being cared for and treated at the Nghe An War Invalids Nursing Center.
On behalf of the Party and State leaders, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu sent his sincere regards and deep gratitude to the wounded and sick soldiers; expressed emotion and admiration for the sacrifices and contributions of previous generations.
The Standing Committee of the Secretariat requested Nghe An province to coordinate with the Ministry of Home Affairs to complete procedures to request posthumous recognition of martyrs for two seriously wounded soldiers who were cared for at the center and have passed away.

Following that, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu and the working delegation came to offer flowers and incense at the Special National Relic Site of Nga ba Dong Loc, Ha Tinh province.
Here, the delegation laid wreaths and offered incense at the National Martyrs' Memorial Stele of Youth Volunteers and the tomb of 10 female Heroic Martyrs of Youth Volunteers at Nga ba Dong Loc.
Before the spirits of the heroic martyrs, Standing Secretary of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu and members of the delegation expressed their sincere respect, gratitude and deep appreciation to those who fought and sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, territorial integrity and the peaceful, prosperous, and happy life of the people.
The working delegation vowed to continue to promote revolutionary traditions, strive, contribute strength and intelligence, and contribute to building a more prosperous, civilized, and happy homeland and country.
