Reporting on the results of coordination between the National Assembly Standing Committee and the Presidium of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee in 2025 and key tasks for 2026, Vice Chairman - Secretary General of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee Ha Thi Nga clearly stated that in 2025, coordination between the National Assembly Standing Committee and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee will continue to be maintained closely, effectively, and comprehensively, achieving many outstanding results in all fields.
Coordination activities have contributed to improving the effectiveness of implementing important political tasks, creating comprehensive strength, helping to promote the role of the National Assembly in legislative work, supervision and decision-making on important issues of the country.
At the same time, continue to affirm the position of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of the people.

The National Assembly Standing Committee regularly directs the agencies of the National Assembly and agencies under the National Assembly Standing Committee to actively and proactively coordinate closely with the Presidium and the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in implementing the contents of the Coordination Regulations that have been set out.
Many contributions and criticisms from the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front are an important basis for the agencies of the National Assembly to study, absorb, and contribute to perfecting the legal system, ensuring feasibility and creating social consensus.
However, coordination work is also sometimes not really flexible, lacks synchronization, and has not maximized the role of each agency.
The advising and organization of the implementation of coordination contents at some times is not timely, the depth is not uniform, especially for arising and unexpected tasks, requiring high quality and progress.
The resolution of opinions and recommendations of voters and the People still has some slow contents, not high quality, not meeting requirements and not clearly showing the role of supervision, reflection, and recommendations of the Fatherland Front at all levels.

Although there have been good changes in the application of information technology, the coordination between agencies has not yet maximized the use of technological tools to optimize working processes, information exchange, propaganda work and the work of resolving complaints, denunciations, and recommendations of voters.
In 2026, the National Assembly Standing Committee and the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front will continue to closely coordinate to ensure the effective implementation of the contents according to the Coordination Regulations.
In which, regarding law-making work, the two sides strengthened coordination in completing the Project on Legislative Guidelines for the 16th National Assembly term to submit to the Politburo for consideration and approval.

Effectively implement the Politburo's Conclusion on the Project on Legislative orientation for the 16th National Assembly term, concretize it into the work program and legislative program for 2026 and closely coordinate the implementation of the Plan to implement the Politburo's Conclusion on Legislative orientation for the 16th National Assembly term.
Strengthen coordination in the work of building, contributing opinions, and social criticism of draft laws, ordinances, and resolutions with contents related to human rights, basic rights and obligations of citizens, state apparatus organizations; rights and responsibilities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and member organizations of the Front.
Actively coordinate in supervision and social criticism, ensuring synchronization and effectiveness between supervision by state power agencies and social supervision by the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations.
Improve the quality of voter contact activities of National Assembly deputies, synthesize opinions and recommendations of voters and people.
