Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Education and Training of Vietnam and the Ministry of Education and Sports of Laos on the establishment of the Vietnamese University in the Lao People's Democratic Republic;
Minutes of handover of the set of Vietnamese language teaching books and the set of products of the Project to Bring the content of products of the historical works of the Vietnam - Laos, Laos - Vietnam special relations into teaching at schools of the two countries;
2026 Cooperation Program between the Ministry of Justice of Vietnam and the Ministry of Justice of Laos;
Memorandum of understanding on cooperation between Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee and Luang Namtha province;
Memorandum of understanding on cooperation between Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee and Bokeo province;
Memorandum of understanding on cooperation between Phu Tho Provincial People's Committee and Luang Prabang province.
The agreement between the two sides to deepen the "strategic linkage" content has created a new orientation framework, bringing cooperation to a deeper development stage, closerly linking political vision and development benefits.
Bilateral cooperation has shifted strongly from breadth to depth, focusing on practical efficiency and specific results.
Inter-sectoral cooperation coordination mechanisms are maintained regularly, helping to promptly remove difficulties and accelerate the implementation of high-level agreements and major cooperation programs.
General Secretary To Lam's State visit to Laos was carried out right in the first days of the new term of senior leaders of both Party and country; carrying a particularly important orientation, clearly showing the political determination to link strategic vision with specific action programs, linking development aspirations with practical effectiveness.
This will be a solid political foundation to further deepen Vietnam-Laos relations, improve efficiency and sustainability, commensurate with the stature of the special relationship, as well as the trust and expectations of the people of the two countries.
