On the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Truth National Political Publishing House, formerly the Truth Publishing House (December 5, 1945 - December 5, 2025), General Secretary To Lam sent to all generations of cadres, party members, civil servants, and workers of the Publishing House through the ages of warm greetings, sincere greetings, and best wishes.
In the letter, General Secretary To Lam stated that after 80 years of construction and development, the Truth National Political Publishing House has affirmed and worthyly promoted its role as a theoretical and political publishing agency of the Party and State.
The books published by the Publishing House have made an important contribution to the cause of national liberation, national construction and defense, serving the cause of comprehensive national renewal. Many publications have a profound theoretical and practical stature, contributing to improving the Party's leadership and governance capacity, building a clean and strong political system, nurturing political ideology for cadres, Party members and People, effectively serving foreign information work, introducing the image of Vietnam as a peaceful, innovative, integrated and developed country.
Recognizing the great contributions of the Truth National Political Publishing House, President Ho Chi Minh awarded the Third Class Labor Medal, the Party and State awarded the Gold Star Medal, twice awarded the Ho Chi Minh Medal, the Labor Hero title in the renovation period and many other noble awards.
On behalf of the Party and the State, General Secretary To Lam acknowledged, commended and highly appreciated the great and outstanding efforts and achievements of generations of cadres, party members, civil servants and workers of the Truth National Political Publishing House over the past 80 years.
Those results are vivid evidence of the sense of responsibility, loyalty to the Fatherland, the Party, the people and revolutionary ideals; at the same time, they are an inheritance and promotion of the precious tradition of theoretical and political publishing agency with an important position and role in the political and spiritual life of society.
Entering a new era of development - the era of national growth, the General Secretary deeply believes that, with its glorious tradition of 80 years of construction and development, the Truth National Political Publishing House will continue to promote the spirit of solidarity to strongly innovate the publishing and management model in a professional, humane, modern direction, adapt well to the market mechanism and the tastes of readers in the new era; proactively update new publishing trends in the world; actively apply technology in publishing activities, especially the development of types of publishing on digital platforms; diversify forms of propaganda, widely introduce theoretical, political, and legal publications... to improve qualifications and political awareness, foster revolutionary ideals for cadres, party members and people. At the same time, focus on building a team of cadres and editors with high qualifications and professional capacity, revolutionary ethics and a spirit of innovation; excellently completing the tasks assigned by the Party and the State.
