    On the afternoon of September 4, in Hanoi, General Secretary To Lam worked with the Vietnam Institute of nuclear Energy.

    Also attending the meeting were Politburo member and Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh; Politburo members: Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee Nguyen Duy Ngoc; General Luong Tam Quang - Minister of Public Security. Also attending the meeting were a number of members of the Party Central Committee, leaders of central departments, ministries and branches.

    At the meeting, General Secretary To Lam, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and delegates listened to an introduction to the applications of nuclear energy for peace. General Secretary To Lam presented the President Ho Chi Minh statue to the Vietnam Institute of nuclear Power.
