Concluding the meeting, General Secretary To Lam acknowledged the efforts of the Document Editorial Team, highly appreciated the spirit of proactiveness and responsibility to submit to the Subcommittee; assessed that this Draft Political Report has been significantly shortened, demonstrating the viewpoint of building documents that are concise, easy to understand, easy to implement, easy to implement, reduce academia, ensure high action, and help implement immediately after the Congress; serve as a model for the development of draft political reports of party organizations.

Regarding Party building, the General Secretary emphasized the requirement for the Standing Committee of the Subcommittee and the Editorial Team to continue to coordinate with the Charter Subcommittee to supplement and perfect the viewpoints and policies on Party building in the coming period, commensurate with the particularly important role and mission of the Party in this historical period.
