On the morning of October 24, South African President Matamela Cyril Ramaphosa and his delegation visited the family of General Vo Nguyen Giap (30 Hoang Dieu, Hanoi).
Accompanying him were Central Party Committee member, Minister of Justice Nguyen Hai Ninh; Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Anh Tuan.
At the private home of General Vo Nguyen Giap, South African President Matamelail Cyril Ramaphosa and his delegation offered incense and respectfully expressed their deep gratitude to General Vo Nguyen Giap, former Politburo member, former Secretary of the Central Military Commission, former Minister of National Defense, and former Commander-in-Chief of the Vietnam People's Army.
