This is one of the requirements in Conclusion No. 177-KL/TW, dated July 11, 2025 on continuing to build the organization and operation of the two-level administrative units to ensure smoothness and efficiency. The conclusion was signed and issued by Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat Tran Cam Tu.
Accordingly, at the meeting on July 11, the Politburo and the Secretariat basically agreed with the Report on the situation and progress of implementing the resolutions and conclusions of the Central Committee and the Politburo on the arrangement of the apparatus and administrative units (from July 4 to July 10, 2025) submitted by the Central Organizing Committee.
The Politburo and the Secretariat acknowledge and highly appreciate the Government Party Committee, the National Assembly Party Committee, the Fatherland Front Party Committee, Central organizations, the Central Organizing Committee, the Central Inspection Committee, the Central Party Office, the Ministry of Public Security, the Ministry of Home Affairs and commend the local Party committees and Party organizations for their active and efforts to complete the assigned contents and tasks; closely coordinate, regularly update the situation, overcome difficulties, promptly handle arising problems so that the apparatus of administrative units at both levels can basically ensure smooth and stable operations from July 1, 2025 to present.
In Conclusion No. 177-KL/TW, the Politburo and the Secretariat assigned the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central organizations to lead and direct:
(1) Continue to direct the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to maintain volunteer activities to send students to communes, wards, and special zones to support information technology and carry out digital transformation.
(2) Continue to reorganize and reorganize mass associations assigned by the Party and the State (both for party organizations) operating under the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the direction of reducing the number of associations, streamlining the internal apparatus, and operating practically and effectively.
(3) Arrange press agencies under the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, ensure unified management, improve operational efficiency in the direction of maximum streamlining, reduce the number of agencies, newspapers, and magazines, and only maintain units that are really necessary.
(4) grasp the situation, periodically report on the public opinion situation of cadres, party members, and people and propose and recommend to handle arising issues (if any).
