On December 9, the 18th term People's Council of Quang Binh province opened its 19th session - the regular session at the end of 2024.
Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Le Ngoc Quang - Secretary of Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee suggested a number of issues for the Provincial People's Council to discuss, consider, decide and implement.
One of the notable things is the implementation of streamlining the political system in Quang Binh province.
According to Mr. Quang, the streamlining of the apparatus will involve thoughts, feelings, aspirations and affect the interests of some organizations and individuals. However, practice has proven that this is a very urgent issue that must be done, and the sooner it is done, the more beneficial it will be for the people and the country, as General Secretary To Lam said.
For Quang Binh province, in December, it is necessary to summarize Resolution 18 of the 12th Central Conference on streamlining the apparatus in the spirit of effective and efficient operation, and propose plans to streamline the apparatus organization in the political system to submit to the Central Committee.
At the 19th session, the Provincial People's Council will listen to and consider 27 reports on the results of work in 2024 and key tasks in 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council; the results of the implementation of the Provincial People's Council's resolution on socio-economic tasks in 2024 and the socio-economic plan for 2025; information from the Provincial National Assembly Delegation on the results of the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly. At the same time, 31 submissions will be considered to implement the requirements of socio-economic development tasks of the province.
