Mr. Le Tien Si - Chief of Office of District 1 People's Committee - said: "Regarding facilities, all 4 new wards have favorable conditions due to receiving them from the existing infrastructure system. This helps the arrangement and relocation of administrative headquarters take place quickly, ensuring continuity and efficiency".
