On March 27, in Hanoi, the Guard Command held a ceremony to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the founding of Regiment 375 (March 28, 1975 - March 28, 2025) and received the Third Class Military Exploit Order.
Attending the ceremony were members of the Party Central Committee: Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan; Senior Lieutenant General Le Quoc Hung, Deputy Minister of Public Security.
According to the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal, at the ceremony, Colonel Trinh Cong Rui - Regiment Commander of Regiment 375 stated: During 50 years of building, fighting and growing, Regiment 375 has organized to welcome and guide more than 65 million people to the President Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum to ensure safety, thoughtfulness and respect.
Along with the reception work, officers and soldiers of the 375th Regiment have well applied the professional measures of the industry, including technical measures, inspection, and strict control of people and vehicles entering the target area.
The image of the officers and soldiers of the 375th Regiment of Guard always left a good impression on the affection of the people and international visitors when visiting President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum and visiting the area.
In particular, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of its founding, officers and soldiers of the 375th Regiment were honored by the Party and State to be awarded the Third Class Medal for their outstanding and outstanding achievements in ensuring security and safety in the Ba Dinh political center.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan praised the efforts, feats, and outstanding achievements that generations of officers and soldiers of Regiment 375 - Coast Guard Command have achieved throughout the 50-year journey of building, fighting, and growing up.
To fulfill the responsibilities assigned by the Party and the State, Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan requested the People's Public Security Guard and Regiment 375 to strictly comply with the absolute and direct leadership in all aspects of the Party, headed by General Secretary To Lam; the centralized and unified management of the State; the leadership and direction of the Central Public Security Party Committee, the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security, the leadership of the Guard Command and the supervision of the people.
Regularly attach importance to the work of building a truly clean and strong Party; determined to build an exemplary Party Committee of Regiment 375, taking the lead, and implementing well the Six Teachings of Uncle Ho to the People's Public Security and his teachings to the Guard.
Vice President Vo Thi Anh Xuan emphasized that the focus is on building the 375th Regiment to be truly clean, strong, disciplined, elite, and modern.
From there, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation, thoroughly grasping the viewpoint of building people as the center, modern first, combined with modern means, logistics, and techniques to ensure synchronization, suitability, front and rear guns.
At the same time, continue to strictly implement the streamlining of the apparatus according to the direction of the Central Government and the Ministry of Public Security, including adjusting the functions and tasks of Regiment 375 to meet the requirements in the new situation.
