According to the press release, on the morning of March 25, 2026, the second Conference of the 14th Central Executive Committee of the Party entered its third working day at the Hall.

The Central Committee and delegates discussed and gave opinions on the following contents:
(1) 5-year socio-economic development plan 2026 - 2030; 5-year national financial plan for the period 2026 - 2030; Medium-term public investment plan for the period 2026 - 2030; 5-year public debt borrowing and repayment plan for the period 2026 - 2030.
(2) Regarding the establishment of Dong Nai city directly under the Central Government.
(3) Summary of 20 years of implementing Resolution No. 5 of the 10th Central Committee on strengthening Party inspection and supervision work.
(4) Summary of 20 years of implementing Resolution No. 3 of the 10th Central Committee on strengthening the Party's leadership in the work of preventing and combating corruption and wastefulness.
The Politburo met to give opinions on the reports on receiving and explaining the Central Committee's discussion opinions from the beginning of the session to date.
