On the afternoon of September 11, Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics coordinated with the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee to organize a ceremony to receive the Certificate of recognition of Hoang Dinh Giong Political School as meeting level 1 standards.
Attending the ceremony were comrades: Nguyen Xuan Thang - Politburo member, Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Theoretical Council; Quan Minh Cuong - Secretary of the Cao Bang Provincial Party Committee, along with provincial leaders, delegates and generations of cadres, lecturers and staff of the school.
In recent years, Hoang Dinh Giong Political School has focused on building a team of staff and lecturers, improving the quality of teaching and scientific research.
The stage achieved 55/55 of the level 1 standards, of which 8 were above the standards. The team of lecturers with a master's degree or higher accounts for nearly 91%, many of whom have won high prizes in national competitions.
The school also implemented 21 research topics, 4 provincial-level seminars, published 6 seminars and organized 127 training and fostering classes with nearly 10,000 students.
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Xuan Thang congratulated the school and emphasized: meeting level 1 standards is an important milestone, but it is necessary to continue to strive to meet level 2 standards by 2030.
He suggested that the school innovate teaching methods, link training with practice, improve the management thinking of the staff, and serve the people.
Secretary of the Quoc Quang Provincial Party Committee Minh Cuong also suggested that the school promote the emulation movement "Teach well, study well, research well, serve well", govern in a modern, democratic and effective direction, while strengthening the connection of theory with practice to meet local development requirements.
