According to Mr. Huynh Thanh Dat, in the field of propaganda and mass mobilization, digital transformation is not only the application of technology but also a change in thinking, methods of operation, and approach to the target audience. Taking advantage of new digital platforms and media will help improve information access and message transmission more quickly, accurately and effectively.
In particular, AI can support the analysis of public opinion data, trend identification, and assessment of the impact of media campaigns. Thereby helping to build propaganda content suitable for each target group, at the same time, AI can also support process automation, improve productivity and work efficiency, creating conditions for staff to focus more on strategic and creative tasks.
Mr. Huynh Thanh Dat emphasized that propaganda and mass mobilization work in the new situation requires sensitivity, timeliness and accuracy in orienting information, refuting false and distorted arguments of hostile forces.
The application of digital technology and AI helps increase the ability to detect and process negative information, contributing to protecting the Party's ideological foundation, maintaining social stability and creating consensus among the people.
