On the afternoon of April 22, after the talks, General Secretary and President To Lam and South Korean President Lee Jae Myung and the high-level delegation of the two countries witnessed the ceremony of handing over cooperation documents between ministries and sectors of the two countries Vietnam - Korea.
Cooperation documents include: Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of security between the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam and the Security Agency of the Presidential Palace of Korea;
Memorandum of Understanding on digital cooperation between the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam and the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology of Korea;
Framework of the Overall Plan for Cooperation in Science, Technology and Innovation Vietnam - Korea between the Ministry of Science and Technology of Vietnam and the Ministry of Information Technology and Communications of Korea;
Memorandum of Understanding on strengthening cooperation in the field of intellectual property between the Vietnamese Ministry of Science and Technology and the Korean Ministry of Intellectual Property;
Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of electricity infrastructure between the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Vietnam and the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Environment of Korea;
Memorandum of Understanding on water security cooperation between the Vietnamese Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and the Korean Ministry of Climate, Energy and Environment;
Memorandum of understanding on cooperation in the field of animal quarantine between the Vietnamese Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and the Korean Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs;
Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation between the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Vietnam and the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Korea for the period 2026-2030;
