The Central Steering Committee on summarizing Resolution 18 has just sent an official dispatch to relevant agencies regarding the implementation of the task of summarizing Resolution 18.
In the contents of the report to be prepared for the Central Executive Committee (expected in mid-February 2025); submitted to the Politburo and the Secretariat after the resolution (conclusion) of the Central Executive Committee is available, the document clearly states the tasks and implementation deadlines of relevant agencies.
In particular, the Party Committees of the Supreme People's Court (SPC) and the Supreme People's Procuracy (SPP) preside over and coordinate with the Party Committees of the Central agencies and relevant agencies to develop a project to end the activities of the Party Committees of the SPC and the SPP; draft decisions to establish the Party Committees of the SPC and the SPP directly under the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies and judicial agencies; propose to the Politburo and the Secretariat for policies before the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies and judicial agencies, and the Office of the President appoint the executive committee, standing committee, secretary, and deputy secretary of the Party Committees of the SPC and the SPP for the 2020-2025 term; Preside over and coordinate with the Party Committee of the Central Agencies Bloc, the Central Organization Committee, the Central Inspection Committee, and the Central Office to draft the working regulations of the Party Committee of the Supreme People's Court and the Party Committee of the Supreme People's Procuracy (to be completed before January 15, 2025).
The Party Committee of the Central Business Bloc presides over and coordinates with the Central Organizing Committee and relevant agencies to develop a project to end the activities of the Party Committee of the Central Business Bloc; proposes the arrangement and assignment of cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers of the current Party Committee of the Central Business Bloc (to be completed before January 15, 2025).
Previously, at the National Dissemination Conference organized by the Politburo and the Secretariat on December 1, Mr. Le Minh Hung - Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Committee - presented the main contents and focus of the implementation of the summary of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW of the 12th Party Central Committee.
In his presentation, Mr. Le Minh Hung presented a number of contents and orientations related to the arrangement and streamlining of the political system's organizational apparatus.
In which, Mr. Le Minh Hung stated the content of studying the termination of the activities of the Party Committee of the Central Agencies; establishing Party Committees of Party agencies and Central Judicial agencies directly under the Central, including Party organizations in Party committees, agencies, and units of the Party in the Central, the Supreme People's Procuracy, the Supreme People's Court; having specialized advisory and support agencies located at the Central Party Office.
Study to end the activities of the Party Committee of the Central Enterprise Bloc; transfer party organizations in corporations, general companies, and state-owned commercial banks to be directly under the Government Party Committee and the Party Committees of some specialized ministries (depending on the scale and importance of the enterprise party committee).
