Mr. Huynh Huu Phuc (Kien Giang) wondered: "Which subjects at the commune level are proposed to be awarded the medal for the cause of State management of beliefs and religions?"
Regarding the reflection and recommendation of Mr. Huynh Huu Phuc, the Ministry of Home Affairs said: Pursuant to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 1 of Circular No. 08/2022/TT-BNV dated September 19, 2022 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 14/2019/TT-BN dated November 15, 2019 of the Minister of Home Affairs regulating the awarding of Commemorative Medals in areas under the management authority of the Ministry of Home Affairs, the subjects eligible for the awarding of the Commemorative Medal "For the cause of State management of beliefs and religions" for commune-level cadres and civil servants are as follows:
Official in charge of religious and belief work at the commune level (position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee in charge of Culture - Society);
Cultural and Social Officials (as prescribed in Clause 7, Article 2, Circular No. 13/2019/TT-BNV dated November 6, 2019 of the Minister of Home Affairs guiding a number of regulations on commune-level officials, civil servants and non-professional workers at commune, village and residential group levels);
Officials, civil servants, and full-time or part-time employees working in religious and belief affairs at agencies of the Party, State, Vietnam Fatherland Front, Vietnam Trade Union, Vietnam Farmers' Association, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Vietnam Women's Union, and Commune-level Veterans Association;
Individuals participating in the communal-level religious and belief working groups (time participating in the working group is counted as time concurrently doing religious and belief work to propose consideration for awarding commemorative medals).
