Binh Thuan - Phan Thiet City People's Committee is seeking opinions on the dismissal of the position of Chairman of Mui Ne Ward People's Committee after temporarily suspending the position.

On June 11, the People's Committee of Phan Thiet City, Binh Thuan Province is carrying out the process of seeking opinions on the dismissal of Mr. Bui Ngoc Lam - Chairman of the People's Committee of Mui Ne Ward, who is currently temporarily suspended from work.

This agency has issued a document asking for the opinion of the Standing Committee of the Phan Thiet City Party Committee to agree to let the Ward People's Council vote on the dismissal of Mr. Bui Ngoc Lam from the position of Chairman of the Mui Ne Ward People's Committee. At the same time, it is proposed to arrange Mr. Lam to another position after the new Mui Ne ward comes into operation.

Previously, the Chairman of Phan Thiet City People's Committee issued a decision to temporarily suspend Mr. Lam from the position of Chairman of Mui Ne Ward People's Committee for 15 days, starting from May 15. The reason is to review and handle responsibilities in state management of land and construction in the ward.

After the above deadline, the Chairman of Phan Thiet City People's Committee continued to sign a decision to extend the temporary suspension of Mr. Lam from the position of Chairman of Mui Ne Ward People's Committee for another 15 days to review and clarify his responsibilities in land management and construction in Mui Ne Ward.
