Mr. Bui Trung Kien said that in the past 50 years, along with the construction and development of Ho Chi Minh City, EVNHCMC has continuously improved the quality of electricity supply, innovated service methods and applied science and technology, and digital transformation into customer care activities.

With the motto "putting customers at the center", EVNHCMC aims to build a modern, convenient, and transparent electricity service ecosystem. At the same time, creating conditions for customers to make online electricity transactions anytime, anywhere.
According to Mr. Bui Trung Kien, the results achieved by EVNHCMC have the great contribution, sharing and companionship of electricity users in the city. The lucky draw program is not only a gratitude activity but also affirms the commitment to building a strong and sustainable relationship between the electricity industry and people and the business community.
According to regulations, customers participating in the lucky draw must simultaneously meet two conditions: Having a valid phone number successfully linked on the EVNHCMC application and paying electricity bills on time. The list of eligible customers is compiled by the system before the lucky draw is organized.
The selection of lucky customers is carried out entirely by automatic dial-up software based on the database of eligible customers. The dial-up process takes place randomly, publicly, transparently and objectively, in the presence of representatives of state management agencies, the Ho Chi Minh City Association for the Protection of Consumer Rights, customers and press agencies.

The program has a total of 218 prizes, including a special prize of an electric motorbike; two first prizes, each with a refrigerator; five second prizes, each with a TV; 10 third prizes, each with a solar hot water system and 200 consolation prizes, each with a solar energy lamp.
Through the program, EVNHCMC continues to encourage customers to use online electricity services, especially the EVNHCMC application; form the habit of paying electricity bills on time, without using cash, contributing to promoting digital transformation and improving customer service quality.
The program "50 years EVNHCMC accompanies you" is also a milestone in the half-century journey of the electricity industry's attachment to the development process of Ho Chi Minh City, thereby affirming the goal of ensuring safe and stable power supply and building increasingly professional, modern, and friendly electricity services to the people.
