Currently, when making payments on the National Public Service Portal, Agribank customers will choose one of two payment methods, including payment via account or Agribank eBanking.
From July 1, 2024, Agribank will implement transaction authentication according to Decision No. 2345/QD-NHNN of the State Bank on implementing safety and security solutions in online payments and bank card payments. Accordingly:
- For payment via account number, customers are allowed to transact up to 100 million VND/day/account.
- In case customers need to make transactions with a payment limit greater than 100 million VND/day/account, customers need to choose the payment method as Agribank eBanking.
Agribank said customers need to register for e-commerce services or Agribank eBanking before making transactions on the National Public Service Portal.
In the coming time, the bank will continue to deploy and promote digital transformation activities. Thereby improving service quality and ensuring safety, efficiency and smoothness in customers' online transactions.
The online payment solution on the National Public Service Portal (DVC) has become an effective support tool for people in paying public service fees.
When paying online for services on the National Public Service Portal in provinces and localities, people can choose payment methods such as cards, payments via bank accounts or scanning VietQR codes. Cashless payment methods are helping people conveniently, easily and quickly pay for public services, without wasting time and travel costs to carry out administrative procedures.
As the focal agency, the Office of the Government has built and developed the National Public Service Portal to connect and integrate online payment solutions, thereby becoming an important platform to promote public services and online public service payments. In the process of developing online public services, the important role of banks and payment intermediaries in promoting connections and integration with other sectors and fields has been recognized so that customers can make non-cash payment transactions such as: Tax collection, electricity, water, tuition, hospital fees and payment of social security programs, etc.
Currently, Agribank has completed connecting payment infrastructure to localities and units which are Ministries/Departments/agencies to provide online payment services for service groups on the National Public Service Portal including: Payment of administrative procedure fees and charges; Payment of personal taxes; Payment of social insurance; Payment of land registration taxes and fees; Payment of administrative violation handling fines; Payment of advance court fees.
