On November 3, Bao Viet Insurance affirmed its progress in the journey of comprehensive development when it signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Ford Ensure Program with Ford Vietnam. Accordingly, the Ford Ensure program is built on the foundation of a closed service ecosystem, synchronously connecting insurance companies and Ford's authorized agency system nationwide.
Customers participating in the program will be guaranteed repair rights at authorized dealers, use genuine spare parts and apply technical procedures to ensure compliance with Ford Vietnam's standards.
Optimized appraisal, approval and compensation processes help shorten processing time, increase transparency and create maximum convenience for customers.
Through the program, customers are both guaranteed comprehensive insurance benefits against all material risks during vehicle use, and experience standardized, safe and unified services across the entire Ford Vietnam authorized dealership system.
