On November 19, 2024, in Ho Chi Minh City, BIDV Insurance Corporation (BIC) was honored to receive the Top 1 Best Workplace Award in the Vietnamese insurance industry in the large enterprise sector according to the results of the Best Workplaces in Vietnam 2024 ranking officially announced by Anphabe - a pioneering consulting unit on Employer Branding and Happy Workplace solutions.
In the ranking of the best workplaces in Vietnam for large enterprises, BIC also ranked high, ranking 39th out of 100 honored enterprises.
Vietnam Best Places to Work is a prestigious workplace ranking organized annually by Anphabe, under the auspices of the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). The evaluation model and method are verified by market research company Intage Vietnam to ensure the fairness and objectivity of the results.
The rankings are based on the results of the Vietnam Best Places to Work Survey series, which was conducted completely independently. This year, the rankings recorded objective assessments from more than 65,000 employees, 253 HR Leaders and Managers, across 18 industry groups nationwide.
The survey was conducted from April to September 2024, measuring the Employer Brand Attractiveness of more than 700 businesses, while updating the latest trends in talent, human resources and working environment in Vietnam.
