Warning about impersonation of Thien Viet Securities Joint Stock Company (TVS) to profit from customers

    Recently, Thien Viet Securities Joint Stock Company (TVS) has discovered and had information about a number of individuals and organizations impersonating TVS to lure customers to open investment accounts, deposit and transfer money to make illegal investments or appropriate property in many different forms. This is affecting customers and TVS's reputation.

    Recommendations for Customers:

    In order to prevent fraud and protect customers' assets and rights, TVS recommends that customers:

    * Raising vigilance and absolutely confidentiality of personal information.

    * Do not invest according to instructions from phone numbers that are not TVS's official voiceover and immediately notify TVS of fraudulent content.

    * Do not pay/transfer money to any individual or organization if there are signs of suspicion. Customers only transfer money to TVS transaction accounts as stipulated in signed economic contracts.

    Forms of forgery:

    The fake subject used the name of Thien Viet Securities Joint Stock Company (TVS) in the following forms:

    1. Invitation to join the stock investment consulting group: Forgery of TVS staff to contact, invite customers to participate in courses and stock investment recommendation groups on social platforms such as ZALO, TELEGRAM, YOUTUBE....

    2. Welcoming services related to stock investment such as opening accounts, trading securities on investment applications/uses not operated by TVS and requiring customers to transfer investment money to the accounts of the fake subject.

    TVS affirmed that there is no Attraction or enticement for customers to open accounts, transfer investment money and conduct securities transactions on fake investment applications.
