This is a pioneering step to bring peace of mind to customers to master the value of their devices in the future, amidst the annual market demand for new machine upgrades.
S-BuyBack price commitment package commits to repurchasing products with a fixed value of up to 80% of the original machine price, regardless of market fluctuations. Helping customers minimize the difference in costs when upgrading new machines later.
When participating in the package with a cost of only 1.4 million VND, CellphoneS guarantees with a contract the repurchase of the phone with a fixed value in the future, regardless of market fluctuations. Especially, when buying a combo including the S-BuyBack package and 1-for-1 exchange warranty, the preferential price is only from 810,000 VND.
The S-BuyBack program applies a commitment to repurchase products with a value of up to 80% of the original machine value, according to a timetable: repurchase of 80% of the original machine value within less than 1 month; repurchase of 70% of the machine value from 2 - 3 months; repurchase of at least 65% of the machine value from 4 - 15 months.
When customers collect old goods and upgrade to a new model, the actual price at that time will be applied and an additional 2% of the machine's value will be added. It is also applied in conjunction with subsidy incentives at CellphoneS.
For example, a customer when buying an iPhone 17 Pro Max 256GB worth 35,990,000 VND, with a S-BuyBack package for 15 months. CellphoneS commits to customers with a minimum old machine recovery price of up to 23,393,500 VND, equivalent to 65%.
To ensure benefits, equipment when participating in old collection needs to meet basic conditions: the device must match the IMEI/Serial number originally registered (or IMEI is exchanged by CellphoneS according to extended warranty benefits); the device operates normally and has not been illegally interfered with, and is eligible for warranty (accepting minor scratches due to use). The repurchase request must be sent within 15 months from the date of package activation.
