In his sharing, CEO Phung Anh Tuan opened with an inspiring sentence: "Appeat failure to learn a lesson to succeed". He emphasized that failure is not the end, but an important stepping stone to draw valuable experiences. It was his past stumbles that helped him mature, become more steady and build the F88.
According to Mr. Tuan, before establishing F88, he had experienced many failed startups in the field of cybersecurity and technology. Mistakes from poor management, lack of financial control to not being able to meet customer needs have taught him valuable lessons.
When he started with F88, he built a modern, transparent model with a spacious store system, clear processes and professional services. Despite initial concerns, F88 has gradually affirmed its position and become one of the leading companies in the field of microfinance in Vietnam.
However, he always maintains a spirit of learning, is not afraid of change and is ready to face challenges. The practical stories from his own experiences have strongly inspired students, in addition, he also mentioned new thinking. He advised students to set clear goals for the next 3-5 years, persistently carry out small steps and always keep a progressive spirit.
"5 years after graduation is a golden time to accumulate knowledge and skills. Work hard, try to participate in projects, programs, and competitions as much as possible, and look for good mentors to study hard, so the opportunity will come" - Mr. Tuan shared more.
Mr. Pham Duc Duy - Director of BAAS TRIBE project of MB Military Bank digital banking group shared: "Students keep doing things, keep failing, do as much as possible as possible, and most importantly, you must be steadfast, only then can you grow up".
