Statistics from the Ministry of Planning and Investment show that from 2023, 47% of Vietnamese enterprises will start implementing digital transformation, while about 40% will start implementing green transformation. LC Foods Group is one of the businesses that apply technology to improve production efficiency, optimize operations and create sustainable values for consumers.
Proactively building a digital transformation platform
LC Foods Group chose a step-by-step digital transformation strategy. The initial focus 2 years ago was to build a HR system, meeting the needs of managing more than 5,500 electronic personnel records, KPI, timestamp, and salary.
Not only operating a human resource management system (HR) with the ability to update data in real time, we will also apply artificial intelligence (AI) in the entire recruitment process - from document screening, capacity assessment to predicting the level of business culture eligibility, said Mr. Ung Ngoc Quoc Thai, Human Resources Director of LC Foods Group.
At the same time, the e-learning system will be developed as a modern internal training platform, helping employees to proactively study anytime, anywhere, accessing personalized content warehouses according to each position and career development roadmap. All of these efforts aim at building a streamlined, professional team and continuously developing capacity - a key factor in LC Foods Group's sustainable development strategy, according to Mr. Thai.
In addition, in recent years, LC Foods Group has digitized financial processes and supply chains through the operation of the ERP SAP Business One system, allowing online monitoring of inventory and sales data.
In the field of administration, LC Foods Group has soon proactively built a Paperless system combined with digital signatures designed by an internal IT team, saving more than 1 million documents per year. This solution helps streamline the process, shorten processing time and at the same time support sustainable development goals.
This is one of the efforts of enterprises, aiming at sustainable development according to the goal set by the Vietnamese Government in Decision 466 that by 2025, 80% of enterprises will apply electronic contracts, reaching 100% by 2030.
Comprehensive digital transformation
In the context of Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW dated May 4, 2025 of the Politburo affirming the private economic sector as the "most important driving force" of the economy, LC Foods Group continues to show its position as a dynamic Vietnamese enterprise. 2025 marks the 15th anniversary of its establishment and development, and is also a pivotal year when the group officially merged 3 more strategic factories including Mekong Aqua feed, Hoang Long Seafood and Cadovina (the predecessor of Cadovimex II).
Together with two existing factories, LC Foods and KMS Vina, the group successfully built an ecosystem to produce 5 factories operating under the closed 3F model (Feed - Farm - Food) from farm to dining table, meeting many strict international standards in food production.
Currently, LC Foods Group supplies more than 400 products to the domestic market, serves more than 35,000 partners and distributors, and exports to 30 countries and territories around the world. With a team of more than 50 R&D experts, LC Foods' products meet international standards HACCP, BRC, FSSC, Global G.A.P...

Also in 2025, in terms of digital infrastructure, LC Foods will upgrade the old ERP SAP system by investing billions of VND in the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud overall corporate governance digital transformation project, implementing financial management, production, distribution, logistics, quality control... according to international standards.
When digital transformation is identified as the foundation for national development according to Resolution No. 57 of the Politburo (December 22, 2024), LC Foods Group does not choose to go fast but chooses to go solidly, step by step. LC Foods' Board of Directors emphasized that only when the digital platform is reliable and flexible enough, will businesses be able to reach out to the world.
On October 20, 2025, LC Foods Group and Citek Technology Joint Stock Company officially signed and launched the project of Digital Transformation of Overall Corporate Governance SAP Cloud ERP in Ho Chi Minh City. This is one of the largest digital transformation projects in the food and consumer goods industry in Vietnam in 2025.

The goal of the project is to build a flexible organizational structure, connecting the entire value chain from inventory management, production, supply, quality management to finance, sales on the same platform. This is a strategic step forward to help LC Foods develop in an efficient, transparent direction and be ready to break through in the global market.
Speaking at the project launching ceremony, Mr. Le Van Son, Permanent Deputy General Director of LC Foods Group, shared: "Digital transformation is not only a need to improve operations but also a journey for businesses to rise in a world of many fluctuations".
