The conference listened to the report on the implementation of the patriotic emulation movement in the period of 2020-2025, which emphasized the remarkable achievements and analyzed the limitations and shortcomings that need to be overcome. Emulation work at the company has made many positive changes, with many rich emulation launches, contributing to improving production efficiency and encouraging the enthusiastic and positive working spirit of all officials and employees in the company.
In the period of 2020-2025, the Company has been honored to receive many noble titles, including the Government's emulation flag, the State Capital Management Committee at the enterprise and the Power Generation Corporation 1, and many certificates of merit from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the State Capital Management Committee at the enterprise and the People's Committee of Quang Nam Province. The collectives and individuals also received many noble titles from their superiors. These achievements not only confirm the relentless efforts of the collective and individual, but also shows a strong commitment in improving the quality of work.
Launching the emulation movement for the period 2025 - 2030, the Company determined the goal of continuing to promote the patriotic emulation movement, focusing on science, technology, innovation and digital transformation, promoting initiatives, technical improvements to create strong motivation to excellently complete assigned tasks.
Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Le Dinh Phuc - Deputy Secretary in charge of the Party Committee, Acting Director of the Company recorded and praised the achieved results of collectives and individuals in the period of 2020-2025, and pointed out some limitations and shortcomings that need to be overcome. With internal solidarity, he believes in the period of 2025 - 2030, collectives and individuals will continue to promote the spirit of creative initiative, promote innovations, improve techniques, overcome all difficulties to successfully complete the assigned tasks and continue to achieve higher achievements.
The conference honored 02 collectives and 11 typical advanced individuals, recognizing their outstanding contributions to emulation work and movement. The event not only motivates all staff but also strengthens the belief in a sustainable development future of the Company.
With the successes achieved, the Company-level Advanced Typical Conference was a great success, creating an important premise for the Patriotic Emulation Congress of Power Generation Corporation 1 taking place in the coming time.
