HDBank is the sponsor, and directly participates in the technical implementation of the Electronic Medical Record project with information technology service providers of Da Nang Hospital. The project was completed quickly in more than 02 months, put into official operation from September 18, 2025 and announced on the Ministry of Health's information page: (https://benhandientu.moh.gov.vn/).
Electronic medical records are an important step in the digital transformation roadmap of the health sector, contributing to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment; optimizing the management, storage, and sharing of health information; ensuring the accuracy, connectivity and security of people's health data.
In the coming time, HDBank will deploy additional utilities for hospitals such as: MediPay medical examination and treatment registration application - supporting patients in identifying and authenticating electronically via ID card/VNeID, remote appointment and payment, health information management; MediFast hospital fee payment guarantee service - optimizing the hospital fee payment process of 100% cashless, saving time and costs; medical credit services... These solutions are synchronized in HDBank's digital ecosystem, contributing to improving the medical examination and treatment experience, reducing administrative procedures.

Since 2023, HDBank has cooperated with Da Nang Hospital in many digital transformation programs; typically, implementing the MediPay Smart Medical Kiosk system according to the tasks set out in Project 06/CP.
The coordination of the implementation of electronic medical records at Da Nang Hospital has contributed to improving management efficiency, quality of medical examination and treatment and people's experience, while realizing the goal of digital transformation of the health sector according to the direction of the Government, for a healthy Vietnam.
