On December 14, Vietnam National Payment Joint Stock Company (NAPAS), Mastercard and Payoo organized a social security program "Touching, Sharing, Giving Hope" to give free screening for 3 common types of cancer in women - breast, cervical cancer and ovarian cancer along with HPV virus testing packages for disadvantaged women.
More than 2,010 PCV virus screening and testing sessions were given directly to disadvantaged women working in Export Processing Zones, Industrial Parks in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Hung Yen, Bac Ninh and freelance workers from other provinces living and working in the above localities.
After the ceremony, 400 women were given cancer screening services at Hanoi Medical University Hospital. The remaining beneficiaries will be screened from December 2025 to January 2026 at the following hospitals: Thanh Nhan Hospital, Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital Clinic and Gia Dinh People's Hospital.

During the 3 months of implementation, the program "Touching and Sharing, Giving Hope 2025" has attracted strong response from the community through two key activities.
In the card-to-payment activity, each successful transaction is converted into VND 2,010 contributing to the cancer screening project. Throughout the operation, more than 2.2 million touches of NAPAS and Mastercard cards for payment were recorded at stores participating in the program.
With "Healthy Running Steps", the conversion activity of VND 2,010/km for online running and VND 20,100/km for running at live events became a highlight connecting young people with charity activities.
In addition to giving away free screening packages, the program also organized an online seminar "Early cancer screening - Proactive journey for health" attracting more than 2 million views on digital platforms, bringing official medical knowledge and spreading positive messages about early cancer detection, while inspiring a healthy, humane life and proactive health care for hundreds of thousands of Vietnamese women.
The program left many positive impressions on social media platforms with tens of millions of visits and interactions, more than 100 articles and reports from press agencies, hundreds of shares from the volunteer community, running groups, student activity groups and official fanpages of universities and accompanying units.
The community's extensive response to the challenge successfully raised more than 4 billion VND. This entire budget will be used to donate 2,010 free cancer screening and HPV testing sessions.
In addition, this year, the "Zero-dong booth" activity continues to be implemented to serve daily life and reduce financial worries for the group of women who benefit.
Sharing about the significance of the program, Mr. Nguyen Dang Hung - Deputy General Director of Vietnam National Payment Joint Stock Company NAPAS said: "The 3-year journey of accompanying Payoo and Mastercard in the Sharing and Giving of Hope program has contributed to affirming NAPAS's commitment to sustainable development associated with values contributed to the community. Mr. Sharad Jain - National Director of Mastercard in Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos shared: "The program not only contributes to raising awareness of early cancer screening, but also promotes practical support activities, providing essential health care services for disadvantaged women, helping them have the opportunity to live healthier and happier".
