At the National Conference on Breakthroughs in Science, Technology, Innovation and National Digital Transformation on January 13, General Secretary To Lam affirmed: Always consider investment in science - technology, innovation and digital transformation as a long-term strategy, accepting delays and risks in implementation. Consider this as an investment, and investment means accepting both wins and losses. Consider data as a new resource, the "air and light" of the new era, and new means of production; digital transformation is a tool to innovate production and business methods, and innovate productive forces.
As a pillar state corporation in building digital infrastructure and pioneering in digital transformation, VNPT Group has determined that it will, together with a number of key technology enterprises of the country, play a core role in realizing the contents of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW.
Accordingly, VNPT and other enterprises take the lead in developing national digital technology infrastructure, especially deploying 5G networks, data centers and digital platforms to serve digital transformation.
Besides, VNPT and digital technology enterprises play an important role in popularizing technology to other economic sectors, from healthcare, education, to agriculture and manufacturing, contributing to promoting comprehensive socio-economic development.
VNPT leaders affirmed that being a pioneer and ready to immediately implement Resolution 57-NQ/TW is not only a responsibility but also an opportunity for technology enterprises like VNPT to affirm their position, become key pillars in the national digital transformation strategy, and bring Vietnam to new heights on the world technology map.

In fact, VNPT has been entrusted by the Government with the task of completing the construction of the National Document Interconnection Axis; National Public Service Portal; Government Reporting Information System; Information, Command and Operation Center and National Reporting Information System. VNPT also accompanies localities in building dozens of Intelligent Operation Centers (VNPT IOC) that allow big data analysis, support decision making, develop organizational plans, regulations, and operating policies for specific situations in all fields.
Moving towards the model of a Smart Monitoring and Operation Center set forth in Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, VNPT has built VNPT iGate 4.0 to meet the model of a one-level public administration, intelligentized by Chatbot and AI Automation; vnCitizen 3.0 helps improve people's experience when interacting with the government, enhancing efficiency and transparency in the process of providing public service systems, reflecting recommendations, and electronic information portals; VNPT 1022 helps interact and handle multi-channel reflections and recommendations as an effective communication channel... these smart solutions are currently being used effectively by dozens of localities.
In particular, VNPT has researched, completed and provided a provincial and city-level data synthesis and analysis platform (VNPT Data Lakehouse) to help the Government operate effectively on data based on the most modern technologies.
In addition, VNPT has built, completed and is ready to accompany the Government and businesses in developing the digital economy through the smart agriculture platform of VNPT GREEN; the oneSME digital business ecosystem; the multi-disaster warning information solution - VNPT Disaster Warning,...
At the same time, VNPT is integrating the VNPT iEnvironment platform, VNPT is gradually forming a VNPT Net Zero solution set to adapt to climate change.
