With the orientation of sustainable development putting people at the center, Prudential Vietnam continuously implements many community initiatives in the fields of education, health, emergency support and financial capacity building for the young generation. In the period 2024–2025 alone, the business has invested more than 28 billion VND in community activities, directly supporting more than 99,000 people across the country. These figures not only reflect the scale of contributions, but also demonstrate Prudential's long-term commitment to realizing the mission "Bringing complete peace of mind to every Vietnamese family".
Accompanying the community in the most difficult times
As a country heavily affected by climate change and natural disasters, Vietnam regularly faces risks that directly affect people's lives. In that context, Prudential Vietnam always wishes to be present in a timely manner to accompany the community in overcoming difficulties.

In 2025, businesses mobilized nearly 5 billion VND to implement relief activities in 17 provinces and cities affected by storms and floods, contributing to supporting thousands of households to soon stabilize their lives. Relief activities focus on supporting essential goods, restoring living conditions and improving community infrastructure in heavily damaged localities.
One of the outstanding highlights is the community infrastructure restoration project in Van Chan district, Yen Bai province. With a total budget of 84,000 USD (equivalent to about 2.1 billion VND), the project has renovated libraries, playgrounds, lighting systems and school sanitation works, bringing practical benefits to more than 1,800 local people, especially children and students.
This activity is part of the PRU Volunteering program (PRU-Volunteering) implemented by the Prudence Foundation since 2009, aiming to connect global Prudential employees to join hands in creating positive and sustainable changes for the community where the business operates.
More than two decades of persistently accompanying Vietnamese children
In Prudential Vietnam's community development journey, investing in the young generation is always one of the consistent and long-term commitments.
Over 20 years of cooperation with the Vietnam Children's Fund, Prudential Vietnam has implemented many practical programs to support education, health care and improve children's ability to adapt to climate change nationwide.
At the beginning of 2026, at the "Spring for You" program, Prudential Vietnam continued to announce a support of 3.5 billion VND for the Fund's activities in 2026. Previously, at the end of 2025, the business also presented 2,600 gifts including milk, candies, toys and teddy bears to pediatric patients in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, with a total value of more than 800 million VND.

Not only stopping at sponsorship activities, Prudential Vietnam also spreads the spirit of sharing through the direct participation of staff and consultants nationwide. Typically, the voluntary blood donation program in response to the Xuan Hong Festival launched by the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation, contributing to supplementing blood sources for treatment and emergency care at hospitals.
Sowing financial thinking for future generations
In addition to direct community support activities, Prudential Vietnam persistently pursues a longer-term goal: equipping children with knowledge and financial thinking from an early age.
Launched in Vietnam in 2019, the Cha-Ching financial education program has now reached more than 170,000 students and 5,300 teachers in nearly 490 schools in 9 provinces and cities across the country.
Through an interactive learning model with four pillars "Making Money - Saving - Spending Money - Donating", Cha-Ching not only helps children understand the value of money but also contributes to forming self-thinking, a sense of responsibility and a sense of sharing with the community.
In 2026, the program will continue to be expanded in many localities such as Da Nang, An Giang, Gia Lai, Thai Nguyen, Dong Nai, Thanh Hoa and Bac Ninh, continuing the journey of spreading financial education after successful implementation in Tay Ninh, Dong Thap and Hue.
Steadfast in sustainable development
Pursuing sustainable development orientation, Prudential Vietnam focuses on key areas including financial education, community health care and improving climate change response capabilities.
The persistent efforts of businesses have been recognized through many prestigious awards, notably the title of Top 100 Sustainable Development Enterprises (CSI100) for 9 consecutive years and the Saigon Times CSR 2025 award for "Businesses for the Community".
These awards are not only recognition of social contributions, but also proof of the long-term development orientation that Prudential Vietnam has steadfastly pursued throughout more than two decades of operation in the Vietnamese market.
In the coming time, Prudential Vietnam said it will continue to connect social resources, promote in-depth community initiatives and create sustainable value for Vietnamese people - especially the young generation, the future owners of the country.
With Prudential Vietnam, insurance is not only about protecting finances, but also a journey to accompany the community to nurture a better, more humane and sustainable future for every Vietnamese family.
