For example, integrated payment solutions presented at the banking digital transformation festival have received attention and appreciation for the practical benefits they bring to customers in the health sector. For patients, integrated payment using QR codes helps customers easily pay for medical examination and treatment services without having to bring cash.
QR codes are placed at hospital check-ups or attached to each examination form, appointment form... Patients/ family members can use the Mobile Banking application of all banks to scan the QR code to pay hospital fees. Therefore, the payment process/value is updated in real time throughout the examination process, helping patients clearly understand the cost and make payments easily.

On the hospital side, facilities will optimize human resources, reduce overload, and queue for payment. This solution also helps to make revenue and expenditure transparent, manage cash flow effectively, and prevent fraud. The costs are made public, collected/ repayed based on the medical examination and treatment process and services.
With a vision towards a future banking model, SHB will gradually create more solutions and services to serve people, businesses, administrative units and the country. Bank of the Future will fully integrate modern, leading technology platforms such as AI, Big Data, machine Learning... into all processes, solutions, services, products.
The model is expected to comprehensively change SHB's competitiveness, customer service capacity and bring important results in 2025 and 2026.

Not only cooperating in improving training quality, SHB has signed cooperation agreements with many major universities such as Hanoi National University, Hue University, Ho Chi Minh City National University... and providing comprehensive financial solutions. Notable among them is SLINK - Account collection service, which has received many positive reviews for its effectiveness in saving time, costs and convenience.
With its strength in developing corporate customers, SHB has continuously strengthened cooperation in providing products, services, and financial solutions to large enterprises, including state-owned corporations and groups such as PV Power; Vietnam Airlines; Vinaphone, EVN, Vietnam Steel Group, Tasco, etc.
Previously, SHB was one of the first joint stock banks to sign a cooperation agreement and quickly deploy electronic bilateral payments with the State Treasury. The "squatting" bank also coordinated with the General Department of Taxation to deploy personal tax/ electronic fee payment services via the eTax Mobile application.
SHB will continue to cooperate with the General Department of Taxation, State Treasury, General Department of Customs and relevant ministries and branches in reforming administrative procedures in the field of taxes, fees and public services. Thereby, the bank promotes cashless payments for both individual customers and the business community.
