At the end of 2019, TDG Group's charter capital was at 860 billion VND. By November 2025, the figure increased to 1, 478.5 billion VND and continued to reach 1, 848.4 billion VND according to the corporate registration update in March 2026. Owner's equity at the end of 2025 reached nearly 1,454 billion VND, a sharp increase compared to the previous period. The main increase came from capital that owners continued to supplement for the business.
According to published information, The Maris is a project that absorbs most of TDG Group's development resources. By the end of 2025, the accumulated investment cost at the project has reached about 4,250 billion VND. Stepping into 2026, hundreds of billions of VND continue to be disbursed for construction, infrastructure and utilities. In the first two months of 2026, the enterprise continued to add nearly 370 billion VND of equity to the project.
On July 17, 2026, the Alaric tower began handover, marking a step towards the actual operation phase. Notably, the handover time took place when many landscape items and common utilities at The Maris were put into use. Thanks to that, Alaric residents can simultaneously enjoy resort, sports, entertainment and experience spaces right after receiving their houses.
While Alaric enters the operating phase, Polaris is preparing for the 2027 handover plan, while Atlantic and infrastructure and utility items continue to be deployed. This pace shows that resources are allocated in parallel between product completion, infrastructure development and supplementation of utility ecosystems, towards completing the overall resort compound.
In addition to construction activities, a part of the resources is also allocated by TDG Group to activate the project space, making The Maris a destination that attracts a large number of customers on weekends, holidays, and Tet.

During holidays, Tet and weekends, the project regularly organizes sightseeing and experiential programs for customers and families. Recently, the Hoa Dang Thu Hoi program series in the Vu Lan season continues to expand the experiential activity group at The Maris Vung Tau with entertainment, culinary enjoyment and music exchange space programs. The series of activities has the participation of many artists such as Manh Quynh, Lan Nha, Thai Chi, creating more highlights for customers' experience journey at the project.
This is also a necessary shift for a large-scale resort complex: from building a project to forming a destination, thereby increasing the level of recognition, practical experience and vitality for the entire area.
In parallel with investment and project development activities, TDG Group also announced that it has completed tax obligations to the State and completed related social insurance obligations in August 2026.
With TDG Group, the capital supplementation process is being shown through the pace of deploying The Maris Vung Tau. From trillions of VND in investments, towers have taken shape, products have begun to be handed over to utilities and experiential activities put into operation, financial resources are gradually transforming into real value in the project. This is also the basis for TDG Group to continue to complete the remaining sub-zones, while bringing The Maris Vung Tau closer to the shape of a resort complex capable of operating and creating real attraction in the market.
