In order to help pharmacies simplify their booking process and comply with new regulations, VNPT has integrated Pharmacy Management software (VNPT Pharmacy) with the Business Household and Individual Application (VNPT HKD), providing a comprehensive, modern and easy-to-use management ecosystem.
Previously, recording, compiling invoices, importing and exporting goods or declaring taxes cost many pharmacy owners a lot of time and easily caused errors. With the new integration feature, all sales, drug import and invoice data from VNPT Pharmacy will be automatically transferred to VNPT HKD to synthesize accounting books and tax declarations. Pharmacy owners do not need to enter manual data, both saving time, reducing errors, and ensuring that all information is connected smoothly, updated transparently and with absolute security. This solution helps pharmacies proactively monitor revenue, debts, inventories, and easily fulfill tax obligations with just a few steps.
According to Resolution No. 198/2025/QH15, from January 1, 2026, business households and individuals will switch to the method of declaration and self-payment of taxes instead of the previous contract form. This change helps improve transparency, but also creates more pressure for private pharmacies in making statistics, establishing books and periodically declaring taxes. The integration of VNPT Pharmacy and VNPT HKD is considered a timely and practical support solution, helping the entire process from accounting, declaration to tax payment to be digitized synchronously, ensuring accuracy, cost savings, human resources and full compliance with regulations of the tax authority.
In fact, by the end of August 2025, the whole country had more than 3.6 million business households, of which 98% of taxpayers under the declaration method had declared and paid taxes electronically. In the first 8 months of 2025 alone, more than 18,000 households have switched from the contract method to declaration and more than 2,200 households have converted to enterprises. These figures show that the trend of professionalization and transparency of business activities is taking place strongly nationwide.
