At this event, Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) shared solutions to make electronic transactions safer and easier and directly instructed delegates on how to install and use VNPT SmartCA digital signatures.

Trusted services are increasingly important in digital life. They help all electronic transactions have the same legal value as paper documents, authenticate users' identities and protect data. From bank transactions, tax declaration, issuance of electronic invoices, to handling public administrative records or online bidding, these services help the work become faster and more transparent. In daily life, digital signatures also support administrative procedures, electronic records, medical records, and electronic prescriptions, bringing convenience to people.
VNPT, the first digital signature certification service provider in Vietnam since 2009, has built a diverse and modern trust service ecosystem. VNPT SmartCA allows flexible digital signature right on the phone, complies with European eIDAS standards and is integrated over more than 1,500 applications, from tax declaration, electronic invoices, online public services to accounting software, sales. VNPT TSA helps authenticate the time the data is created or signed, which is very useful in electronic notarization, insurance contracts and financial documents. VNPT eContract is a safe electronic contract platform, connected to the National Electronic Contract Axis, helping businesses save up to 85% of costs compared to traditional paper contracts and information security using Blockchain technology.

Aiming for the goal of 70% of people having digital signatures by 2025-2026, VNPT recommends that state agencies strengthen coordination with service providers to popularize personal digital signatures and widely integrate them into online public services, creating a safe and convenient digital transaction environment for people and businesses.
