In that flow, Vinhomes Royal Island gradually established its role as the new center of the Port city thanks to the large-scale entertainment and resort ecosystem that has been operating in practice, continuously attracting a large number of tourists to come.
Attractive destination with first-time experiences appearing in the North
In the last days of May, Vu Yen continuously welcomed large delegations of visitors from Hanoi and neighboring provinces to visit, play and entertain.
Ms. Thanh Van (Hanoi City) excitedly recounted her weekend trip with her family: "The whole family spent almost a whole day at VinWonders. The children are most fascinated by the winding dragon slides, and my husband and I like the thrills of Warrior Land. In the afternoon, the whole family goes to the Horse Riding Academy, and is guided by experts to ride horses in a royal-style space. The feeling is very different!

Not only a daytime entertainment spot, Vu Yen is gradually becoming a new destination of Hai Phong thanks to a series of tourism products appearing for the first time in the North.
According to Mr. Tuan Manh, tour operator of a travel business in Hai Phong, since the end of last year, the unit has put Vu Yen as a destination in new tourist routes of the port city.
Few places in the North gather so many experiences at the same time: entertainment, golf courses, horse riding, riverside pedestrian streets, yachts, high-class resorts... The important thing is that the amenities have all operated in reality and created a clear attraction for tourists," Mr. Manh said.
Vu Yen's transformation takes place in the context of Hai Phong strongly accelerating tourism. In 2025, the city welcomed about 14.5 million visitors, with revenue reaching over 15,200 billion VND. Hai Phong sets a target of welcoming 25 million tourists, with revenue of nearly 50,000 billion VND by 2030.

In particular, Vu Yen also benefits greatly from Hai Phong's nighttime economic development strategy. The city is implementing a project to develop nighttime tourism models, aiming to form "sleepless streets" similar to Shibuya (Tokyo), Itaewon (Seoul), Ta Hien (Hanoi) or Bui Vien (HCMC).
In that picture, Vinhomes Royal Island is considered one of the entertainment and resort centers capable of leading the flow of customers thanks to its infrastructure advantages, synchronous planning and large-scale utility system that has been operating in reality.
Welcoming the wave of trade, business circles " advance" to Vinhomes Royal Island
On weekends, many restaurants and cafes in the Royal Island City have to extend their operating hours to late at night to serve the sharply increased number of customers. Homestays are also fully booked.
Customers no longer travel back and forth during the day as before but choose to stay on the island to experience more fully. Customers from Hai Phong, then Hanoi or some other areas also book a lot," Ms. Ngoc Anh, owner of a homestay, excitedly said.
Other business sectors also benefit greatly when residents and tourists continuously flock to Vu Yen. As one of the pioneers in bringing both family and work to Vinhomes Royal Island, Mr. Nam Hung, owner of a ceramic tile distribution business in Hai Phong, said that this decision initially stemmed from living needs, but then opened up larger business opportunities than expected.
My husband and I like green living spaces, beautiful amenities and a civilized residential community, so we decided to move here. But when living in reality, we see that the demand for consumption and interior completion on the island and in the area is very large," he said.
According to Mr. Hung, placing a showroom right on the 1st floor of a house in a large urban area helps him directly reach a group of customers with real needs without spending too much advertising costs.
Every day, customers regularly come to order and complete interiors for villas and shophouses, which are quite large. In the past, it was difficult to find relationships, but now we meet them right in the residential community. The number of orders supplying materials for villas and service facilities on the island has far exceeded initial expectations," he said.

The attractiveness of Vinhomes Royal Island is further boosted when the investor launched the "Stay first, buy later" policy from May 23. Accordingly, customers renting adjacent houses under 135m2 under Vinpearl's lease policy for 12 months if converting to buying houses, will be directly discounted on the selling price corresponding to the rental cost up to the time of conversion or up to 12 months and no penalty deposit for the lease contract.
Meanwhile, customers who pay 50% in advance will receive the house immediately, and the remaining 50% will be paid on a grace period of 3 years. Along with it is a policy of free 36-month service for new buyers whose family members are currently homeowners in Vu Yen.
As the flow of tourists and residential communities continuously increases, Vu Yen has surpassed the resort urban area model to form a new trading and consumer center of Hai Phong. That is also the reason why many professional investors choose to invest early at Vinhomes Royal Island to welcome the new growth cycle of the Royal Island City.
Vinhomes supports customers to convert gold to buy houses
Vinhomes is implementing a program to support customers to convert idle gold for real estate transactions, with the companionship of Gold, Silver and Gemstone Companies to ensure safety and transparency of assets. The program applies to gold ownership before April 25, 2026, the value of gold converted into cash is from 50% to 80% of the value of the apartment, depending on the value of the product.
