World silver price
On the world market, as of 9:00 AM on September 19 (Vietnam time), the world silver price was listed at 66.08 USD/ounce, up 0.21 USD/ounce compared to yesterday morning.

Causes and forecasts
World silver prices continued to rise sharply, at times exceeding 67 USD/ounce. Previously, silver prices had fallen to nearly 62 USD/ounce at the beginning of the week.
The upward momentum of silver prices was supported when US government bond yields showed signs of cooling down in the second half of the week. This is a positive factor for silver and precious metals, which do not generate income from interest rates.
This development partly compensates for the pressure from the monetary policy decision of the US Federal Reserve (Fed).
In Wednesday's meeting, the Fed raised interest rates by an additional 0.25 percentage points, bringing the operating rate to about 3.75-4%. This move was made in the context that the Fed continues to aim to bring inflation to 2%.
After the Fed's decision, the USD appreciated, while the US bond market had more positive developments. The yield of 10-year US government bonds fell below the 5% threshold, thereby creating more momentum for the prices of precious metals.
However, the upward momentum of silver prices is still facing some obstacles. US bond yields remain high, while the Fed signals that monetary policy may continue to tighten if necessary to control inflation.
In that context, silver prices may continue to fluctuate as the market monitors the diễn biến of the USD, bond yields and new signals from the Fed.
