Queuing since the gold shop on Tran Nhan Tong Street (Hanoi) had not opened yet to wait to buy gold rings, Ms. Pham Linh Phuong (Hoan Kiem Ward, Hanoi) shared: "Although I have come early, I still haven't had my turn to buy because there are many people waiting in line ahead. The number of gold rings sold by the store is not much, today each person is allowed to buy 2 taels".
Ms. Phuong added that the store has shortened the time for customers to return to buy gold.
"Last week, if I could buy gold at this store, I would have to wait 5 days to continue trading. However, if I can buy it today, I can continue to buy it after 2 days" - Ms. Phuong said.
Similar to Ms. Phuong, Mr. Do Van Long (Bach Mai ward, Hanoi) waited in line early but still could not buy any gold rings.
"I buy gold to both save and pay off debts, but buying is quite difficult because the shop only sells very little every day, and some days I don't even sell. After buying, I also had to wait a few days to return for further transactions. Therefore, in recent days, I have had to go to the store continuously" - Mr. Long shared.

As of 10:00 on November 23, Saigon Jewelry Company SJC listed the price of SJC gold at 148.4-150.4 million VND/tael (buy - sell); down 600,000 VND/tael in both directions compared to last week. The difference between buying and selling is at 2 million VND/tael.
Meanwhile, Bao Tin Minh Chau listed the price of SJC gold bars at 148.9-150.4 million VND/tael (buy - sell); down 100,000 VND/tael for buying and down 600,000 VND/tael for selling compared to last week. The difference between buying and selling is 1.5 million VND/tael.
At the same time, Bao Tin Minh Chau listed the price of gold rings at 147.6-150.6 million VND/tael (buy - sell); down 200,000 VND/tael in both directions compared to last week. The difference between buying and selling is at 3 million VND/tael.
Phu Quy Gold and Stone Group listed the price of gold rings at 147-150 million VND/tael (buy - sell); down 500,000 VND/tael in both directions compared to a week ago. The difference between buying and selling is 3 million VND/tael.
