Urgently complete the zoning plan
According to research, the Lam Dong Provincial Department of Finance is organizing the Lam Dong Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2045.
From there, advise the Provincial People's Committee to report to the Prime Minister to consider the policy of adjusting the provincial planning to ensure consistency with national sectoral planning.
Local departments and branches are studying the orientation in the conclusions of the Politburo to report and propose to the Provincial People's Committee on the contents affecting the organization and implementation of the provincial planning.

One of the key issues that need to be urgently resolved by Lam Dong provincial authorities is the implementation of the zoning plan for Bao Loc and Da Lat cities.
Mr. Bui Quang Son - Deputy Director of the Department of Construction - affirmed: "The zoning plan of urban areas in the province is facing some difficulties and problems, but the unit will be determined to complete it soon according to the request of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee".
Regarding this issue, Mr. Tran Hong Thai - Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee - commented: "I have requested the Department of Construction and related units to promptly complete the zoning plan for the two urban areas of Da Lat and Bao Loc.
This work must be completed within the next 2 months to be submitted to the competent authority for approval. Because zoning plans for cities are extremely important. This is a premise to attract investors to implement projects, bring revenue to the province and develop cities according to their own identity".
In fact, reasonable zoning planning will create conditions for the development of key economic sectors of Da Lat and Bao Loc cities.
In particular, there are key industries such as tourism, high-tech agriculture, services... that will contribute to promoting economic growth, creating jobs and improving income for people.
The methodical zoning plan also helps the two urban areas increase connectivity with other areas in Lam Dong province, creating momentum for the locality to develop sustainably.
Creating conditions for investors
Lam Dong province currently has a series of large projects behind schedule. Departments and branches are reviewing and evaluating to extend the completion time for investors. Because if the authorities revoke the project, not only businesses will suffer losses, but the State will also suffer many losses.

Mr. Tran Hong Thai - Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee - also identified removing obstacles for investors as one of the top priorities. The province will set a time frame, requiring investors to complete unfinished projects.
One of the projects that Lam Dong province aims to complete early is Haus Da Lat. The project has a scale of 5 hectares, with a total investment of about 60 billion VND, located in the center of Da Lat city.
The project includes a complex of luxury apartments, a commercial center, and a hotel operated by international brands.
According to the Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee, Haus Da Lat is a project with a small total investment but has many meanings for the locality. This is the destination of more than 10 major investors in the world.
The works must have architecture that is suitable for the identity of Da Lat city to create highlights. If this project is completed, investors will study and expand it, deploying other projects throughout the province.
"One of the issues the province is concerned about is large projects along future expressways. For example, along the expressway to Lac Duong, Bao Loc... there must be high-end resorts.
The province is making the most of the existing land fund and studying to expand it to implement this goal," added Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Tran Hong Thai.
