Installing an LED screen to continue the live broadcast of the concert "Quang Ninh - Heroic mine"

In order for people, tourists, officials and workers in the Coal industry in the whole province to enjoy this special art program, the People's Committee of Quang Ninh province has issued a document requesting units and localities to install LED screens to continue broadcasting live the concert "Quang Ninh - Heroic mine". Accordingly, Quang Ninh province proposed that the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group install LED screens to receive live broadcast of the concert "Quang Ninh - Heroic Mining Land" to serve coal workers in the province, at companies and units under the Group, with the Group choosing specific locations. The People's Committees of communes, wards, and special zones, each locality installs at least 1 LED screen to broadcast the program live, serving the people and tourists; widely announce so that the people, tourists and localities know and watch; at the same time, organize and arrange to ensure thoughtfulness, solemnity, security, order, and safety during the organization process...
