The Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to take the lead in developing and organizing the implementation of a plan to inspect mineral activities in the area. Strengthen surprise inspections in areas at risk of violations.
The Provincial Inspectorate presides over advising on building annual inspection plans, ensuring no overlap or duplication, and coordinating to handle violations according to regulations. The Provincial Police strengthen grasping the situation, inspecting and handling violations in mineral exploitation, transportation, business, gathering, and consumption, and strictly handling illegal mining activities.
In particular, the People's Committees of communes and wards are fully responsible for the management and protection of minerals in the area. The Chairman of the People's Committee of commune or ward is directly responsible to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee if illegal exploitation, gathering, transportation, and consumption of minerals occur without effective prevention measures.
Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee requests organizations and individuals licensed to operate minerals to strictly comply with the provisions of law and be responsible before the law if violations, resource loss or impacts on the environment and people's lives occur.
