According to Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union, in 2024, the unit has planned to organize many attractive job introduction programs for union members and young people.

In recent times, all levels of the Youth Union in Hai Duong province have actively organized many job introduction activities to support young people in finding career opportunities and developing themselves, connecting with businesses.

These activities not only contribute to reducing unemployment but also create conditions for young people to access the labor market. Job introduction activities are organized with the aim of providing information about the labor market, helping young people better understand the recruitment needs of businesses, thereby orienting their careers appropriately.

The Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union regularly organizes and directs district-level Youth Union units to organize many job introduction programs for union members and young people in the whole province, achieving many positive results and achievements. In 2024, the whole province introduced jobs to nearly 11,000 union members, young people, demobilized soldiers, and students living and studying in the province.

At the job counseling and introduction sessions, union members and young people receive career orientation and hear reports on the professions that are currently needed in society. Along with that, union members and young people are able to exchange, consult, share experiences in choosing a career, choosing a school and have their questions answered in the field of career orientation and employment.
