Clause 1, Article 5, Decree 27/2026/ND-CP Regulations on the National Database on cadres, civil servants, and public employees (effective from July 1, 2026) stipulates data on cadres, civil servants, and public employees in the National Database, including:

a) Data reflecting basic information about themselves, including information to identify identities, origins, and identify cadres, civil servants, and public employees;

b) Data reflecting family relationship information;

c) Data reflecting personal history information;

d) Data reflecting information on recruitment, election, appointment, planning, transfer, rotation, detachment, resignation;

e) Data reflecting information on education, professional qualifications, training process; professional and nghiep vu training process, including political theory; national defense, security; state management, professional and nghiep vu skills;

e) Data reflecting information about agencies and units working; job positions; titles, positions; basic salaries, salary allowances; quality assessment and classification; emulation, commendation; discipline;

g) Data reflecting information about participation in political organizations, socio-political organizations;
