Point d, Clause 1, Article 18 of Decree No. 335/2025/ND-CP Regulating the evaluation and classification of quality for state administrative agencies and civil servants (effective from January 1, 2026), stipulates that the assignment of tasks to civil servants must ensure the following principles:
Each civil servant in an agency, organization, or unit must be assigned tasks with quantity, quality, and specific implementation progress commensurate with the job position undertaken.
Civil servants who are unable to complete tasks in terms of quantity, quality, and progress must immediately report to the person assigning the task to assign other civil servants to perform; this task is still included in the total assigned task, but is not included in the completion result of the criterion point of task performance results.
Civil servants assigned to take on additional tasks from other civil servants, this task is calculated in addition to the total number of tasks assigned initially and is calculated in addition to the criteria score for task performance results.
Civil servants assigned unexpected tasks, new tasks arising outside the plan (month, quarter, year) are counted in addition to the number of tasks initially assigned and are additionally counted as criteria points for task performance results.
Thus, from January 1, 2026, the assignment of tasks to civil servants must ensure the above principles.
