Clause 1, Article 15 of Decree 89/2026/ND-CP Regulating conditions for business of motor vehicle inspection services; organization and operation of registration facilities; lifespan of motor vehicles (effective from July 1, 2026), stipulates that registration facilities are temporarily suspended from operation when violating one of the following cases:

a) Not providing vehicle dossier storage information at registration facilities to other registration facilities in inspection and certification of renovation when requested;

b) Providing a login account to post and remove vehicle information violating regulations for motor vehicles and specialized motorbikes on software used in inspection activities for people not assigned by the inspection agency to manage and use;

c) Failure to revoke inspection certificates, renovation certificates as prescribed in Clause 8, Article 11;

d) Arbitrarily repairing or removing vehicle dossier forms, vehicle inspection result forms; renovation certification dossiers;

e) Forcing vehicle owners to take the vehicle for repair and maintenance at designated maintenance and repair facilities.

Thus, from July 1, 2026, the registration facility will be temporarily suspended from operation in cases according to the above regulations.
