Article 39d, Chapter Va, Decree 184/2026/ND-CP (effective from July 1, 2026) amends and supplements a number of articles of Decree No. 59/2019/ND-CP detailing a number of articles and measures to implement the Law on Anti-Corruption, which has been amended and supplemented a number of articles in Decree No. 134/2021/ND-CP, stipulates as follows:
Inspection agencies when inspecting cases with signs of corruption under their authority must clarify the following contents:
1. Clearly identify corrupt acts, people with corrupt acts and related individuals and organizations;
2. Economic damage and consequences of corrupt acts;
3. Causes and conditions for corrupt acts to arise;
4. Role and responsibility of heads and deputy heads of agencies, organizations, and units for corruption acts to occur;
5. Proposing forms of handling people with corrupt acts and heads of agencies, organizations, and units that caused corrupt acts; measures to handle corrupt assets;
6. Limitations and inadequacies of management mechanisms, policies, laws and proposed amendments and supplements to mechanisms, policies, laws to avoid the risk of corruption.
Thus, from July 1, 2026, inspection agencies when inspecting cases with signs of corruption under their authority must clarify the contents according to the above regulations.
